Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Off Chain Customs! We are committed to delivering your order on time and in excellent condition. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping and delivery policies.

Domestic Shipping

Processing Time

Standard Orders: Processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Personalized & Custom Orders: Require additional time due to design and production. Estimated processing time is 5-7 business days.
Bulk & Large Orders: Processing may take 7-10 business days (or longer, depending on order complexity).

🚨 Need it sooner? If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

Note: High order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may slightly extend processing times. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

📦 Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days (varies by location).
🚀 Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. Your total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

⚠️ Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may be affected by factors like weather, regional delays, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after the order leaves our facility.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and DPO addresses within the U.S. Additional processing time may apply for these locations due to carrier restrictions.

International Shipping

🌍 We currently offer international shipping to select countries! Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and package dimensions.

Important Notes for International Orders:

Customs processing times may affect delivery timelines.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any additional charges imposed by customs.
Before placing an order, please review your country’s import policies to avoid unexpected fees.

🚫 Service Restrictions: We do NOT currently ship to the following countries due to postal service limitations:

Afghanistan
Bhutan
Cuba
Russian Federation (due to regional conflict)
Yemen

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

🔹 Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details and contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us!
🔹 Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim. Contact us immediately, and we will assist you with the claims process.
🔹 Carrier Delays: Off Chain Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

Returns & Exchanges

🔄 Want to return an item?

Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
Customized & personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or an error was made on our part.
