Returns & Refunds for Non-Custom Items

✅ 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@offchaincustoms.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide:
📦 A return shipping label (return shipping may be at the customer's expense unless the item is defective).
📌 Instructions on where to send your package.

🚨 Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items. If you experience any of the following issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item received

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

Non-Returnable & Custom Items

🚫 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized & Personalized Items (including engraved or UV-printed products, special orders, and made-to-order items). These are final sale unless defective or if we made an error.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable).

Exchanges

If you need a different item:
1️⃣ Contact us to start a return.
2️⃣ Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the item you’d like.

Refund Process
